This 70 year old man identified as Usman Ibrahim was arrested in Adamawa for raping two minors aged four and seven years.
The incident occurred at Ajiya street in Jimeta. He accosted them while on the way to lessons and, took them to his room and had unlawful carnal knowledge of them.
