What you’ll do as a CSR
What you’ll do as a CSR
- Handle inbound calls from customers
- Assists customers with sales, payments and service calls
- Take incoming and makes outbound calls, processes credit cards, offers service plans, schedules appointments, processes refunds
- Maintain customer information in the company’s computer system
- Ensures good customer relations are maintained, customer complaints are resolved fairly and effectively
- Follow safety policies and procedures
Minimum qualifications and what you’ll need to be able to do
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have prior customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service mindset, positive attitude and a team player
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external
- Able to communicate via a phone
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
- Computer competency and able to use Microsoft office products
- Communicate and read in English
